Who We Are

Karen Vermaire Fox
As the owner and president of Quindigo Management, Karen works with association boards and committees to create and implement strategic plans.  Once these are created, Karen works with volunteers and Quindigo staff to achieve the goals of the organization. This includes membership development, website design, meeting planning, fundraising, event management, financial planning and other issues as they arise.

Karen has a background in association management and spent several years working in the membership department of  The Council for Exceptional Children overseeing board development, goal setting, website design and membership development.  She has also worked as an 8th grade English teacher and for the United States Senate Select Committee on Ethics.  She is an active volunteer in the community and sits on the board of Kids Who Care where she helps raise $150,000 at Cookin’ for Kids.  Karen is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a degree in English and Education.  She is also the mother of three fabulous and busy children.

 

Ronnie Crowley
Membership is the lifeblood of any association and Ronnie Crowley oversees the membership development of each organization. She works on recruitment and retention and assists members as needed.  She manages the annual renewal process and makes sure new members get what they need when joining the association.

Payments are also vital to the future of any association, and Ronnie is responsible for invoicing and processing of payments for dues, meetings, sponsorships, etc.

Ronnie has a background in IT and Commercial Management. She is a graduate of the University of Liverpool with a degree in Geography. She also holds a post-graduate certificate in Commercial Management. As an active member of the community, she has held numerous positions on the PTA at her children’s school and was the PTA Council President for Crowley ISD. For the last few years, she has been leading the making of the costumes for the school ballet at the Fort Worth Academy of Fine Arts. She is the mother of two teenagers.

 

Rachel Albright
Rachel is one of the Administrators for the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth.  In addition, anytime research is needed or an artistic eye, she is here to assist any of Quindigo’s clients.

Rachel graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Interdisciplinary Art and a degree in Anthropology.  She has been a part of the leadership team for Kids Who Care since she was a small child and has a background in Event and Stage Management.

 

 

Kristen Harford
Kristen’s focuses with Quindigo are the USS Fort Worth Support Committee and Cowtown Executives Association. She maintains membership, communication, finances and day-to-day operations.

As a graduate of Texas Christian University, Kristen has taught middle school English, worked in non-profit administration and focused on communication and giving in corporate public relations.  She is active in her church and at her three kids’ schools.

 

 

To lower costs and only provide those services associations need, Quindigo partners with several other professionals in the Metroplex for unique services on an as needed basis.
