About the Company & the Client

Quindigo Management is an association management company that helps organizations grow, prosper, and thrive. We seek a visionary and budget-conscious professional to oversee the education and programming efforts of the Design-Build Institute of the Southwest Region (DBIA-SW).

The Design-Build Institute of America — a dynamic community comprising architects, engineers, construction professionals, Owners, academics and students — has been at the forefront of transforming the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry.  As the only organization representing the entire spectrum of design and construction professionals, DBIA brings together diverse perspectives and plays an instrumental role in preparing, educating and supporting the industry in addressing complex issues. Once considered “an alternative form of project delivery,” design-build is now the fastest growing and most commonly used project delivery method in the United States. In all other project delivery methods, there are separate contracts for design and construction. The single contract for both design and construction is the fundamental difference between design-build and other project delivery systems. But design-build is more than a sole-source contract. It is as much a mindset as it is a process. It is intended to be a highly collaborative, fully integrated undertaking that is built on trust, mutual respect, teamwork, innovation and creative problem solving.

The Southwest Region of DBIA comprises Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Texas, and New Mexico.
