Karen Vermaire Fox

Managing Partner

As the Managing Partner of Quindigo Management, Karen works with association boards and committees to create and implement strategic plans.  Once these are created, Karen works with volunteers and Quindigo staff to achieve the goals of the organization. This includes membership development, website design, meeting planning, fundraising, event management, financial planning and other issues as they arise.

Karen focuses much of her work with The Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth and the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association while working closely with new associations that have contracted for services with Quindigo to ensure immediate success between the leadership and the staff.

Karen has a background in association management and spent several years working in the membership department of  The Council for Exceptional Children overseeing board development, goal setting, website design and membership development.  She has also worked as an 8th grade English teacher and for the United States Senate Select Committee on Ethics.  She is an active volunteer in the community and sits on the advisory board of Kids Who Care.  Karen is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a degree in English and Education.  She is also the mother of three fabulous, mostly adult children.

Hannah Bell

USS Fort Worth Support Committee

Hannah is the Executive Director of the USS Fort Worth Support Committee and works with ULI North Texas. She also is an active member of the DFW theatre community, both as performer and costume designer, as well as the volunteer coordinator for Onstage in Bedford.

 

Hannah is recently relocated to Fort Worth, her hometown, after three years working as volunteer coordinator, education director, and performer with KMC Onstage in Germany as well as two years in the same roles with Fantasy Performing Arts in Chongqing, China. Prior to her international excursions, she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Midwestern State University and her Master of Fine Arts, Performance and Pedagogy, from Texas Tech University.

 

In addition to being a fierce advocate for the arts in Texas, Hannah is also a passionate rescue animal lover, and parent to Gribble (found as a puppy on the streets of China), several chickens, a three-legged German Shepard, and multiple birds, and, thanks in large part to a very curious niece, whatever wiggly and weird things appearing at her door.

Mary Jane Debenport

NUCA North Texas

Mary Jane Debenport is the Executive Director for NUCA (National Utility Contractors Association) North Texas. She is instrumental in organizing the board and committees in their production of an annual Clay Shoot, Golf Tournament, Live Trench Training, safety meetings and networking events.

 

Mary Jane is a masterful arranger, upbeat and strategic. Her career is varied and includes advertising agency and non-profit hospital fundraising, educational and public relations experience. She also serves as an associate for Project Partners working for some of their non-profit clients. When not working, Mary Jane is managing a select soccer team, volunteering for a PTA board or her Ryan Place neighborhood or cheering on the sidelines for one of her precious four kiddos. For fun, she can be found at a 5:30 a.m. spinning class or enjoying an adult beverage with her husband of 22 years, Mark.

Kelly Kirkendoll

Thrive PR

Kelly Kirkendoll works with Quindigo and several of its clients to provide PR, communications and social media management services. With 25 years of experience, she is the president of Thrive PR, where she and her team work with business owners, nonprofit leaders and associations across a broad range of industries to help them expand their reach, attract the right customers and grow. Prior to founding Thrive PR, Kelly worked in corporate marketing and then spent 6 years as the Director of PR/Marketing for a start-up consulting firm, where she was on the core team that took the company public.

During her career, Kelly has worked closely with business owners and nonprofit leaders in a wide variety of industries, including: restaurants, professional services, nonprofits, associations, the arts, construction, travel, retail, beauty, sports, telecommunications, franchises and banking. Her experience spans virtually every facet of PR and marketing, including strategy, branding, media relations, marketing communications, social media, influencer relations, email marketing, advertising, product marketing, competitive analysis, pricing analysis and more.

Kelly also has a lifelong passion for food and served as a founding board member of the Fort Worth-based nonprofit Cuisine for Healing. In recent years, she has become a food blogger/influencer at Kitchen Gone Rogue, works as a DFW area food photographer and is the food columnist at TheaterJones.com. Kelly received her BBA in Marketing from Ohio University, summa cum laude, and has called various places in the Dallas/Fort Worth area home for 20+ years.

Dee Lara O'Neal

DBIA-SW

Dee Lara O'Neal is the Executive Director of the Design Build Institute of America - Southwest Region Association. An established local artist, she has previously served as Executive Director of Fort Worth arts nonprofit, Art Tooth, and has a longstanding history of collaborating with some of North Texas' most esteemed cultural institutions.

 

She looks forward to contributing her enthusiasm for good design and creative problem solving skills to assist the DBIA-SW Board. A Texas native, Dee lives in Fort Worth with her engineer husband, their young son, and their two cats - Copernicus and Jerry Lee.

Rachel Albright

Partner

Rachel is a partner at Quindigo Management where she works as the head of training and technology.  She also works with Quindigo Clients, including leading the Tarrant Transit Alliance as President and working with the Urban Land Institute to help them expand into Tarrant County.

In addition to her work with Quindigo Management, Rachel works as a freelance event manager for Non-Profits in the Fort Worth area and works in the summer as the Exhibition and Performance Manager for the Currents New Media Arts Festival in Santa Fe, NM. Before working with Quindigo, Rachel worked as a stage manager for the University of North Texas Murchison Performing Arts Center in Denton, TX. She has over ten years of experience in the management of live events and performances. Rachel graduated from the University of North Texas in 2011 with a BA in both Anthropology and Interdisciplinary Arts and is the dog-mom to two wonderful pups.

Janet Culbertson

Exchange Club

Janet is the Administrator for the Exchange Club of Fort Worth. She is responsible for distributing the weekly newsletter, assists in event planning, and day to day operations. She manages all financial aspects including accounting and invoices twice yearly for dues and assessments.

Janet came to Quindigo after a career with American Airlines in Marketing and 13 years as a successful business owner.   She is a member of Arborlawn Methodist Church and has 3 daughters and 3 grandchildren. With her husband Jim, they enjoy golf, movies, travel and anything TCU sports related.

Kristen Harford

NTRCA

Kristen is the Director of Events and Education for the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association, where she helps plan monthly education workshops along with their annual fundraising events. She is also the Director of Training and Education for NTRCA’s Elevate program.

As a graduate of Texas Christian University, Kristen has taught middle school English, worked in non-profit administration and focused on communication and giving in corporate public relations. She is active in her church and at her three kids’ schools.

Kristen's super powers include eagle eye editing, making people feel welcome, effective and efficient budgeting, and raising 3 amazing kids.

Sara Karashin

NUCA Texas and NUCA NTX

Sara was born and raised in Indiana and  holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Purdue University. She moved to Texas in 2006 to earn her Master’s in Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M before settling down in Fort Worth. While she might be a Hoosier, she absolutely loves the connectivity and sense of community in Fort Worth.  

 

When not working, she loves being outside and active in the community with her family.  You can always find her and her two young boys exploring the Museum District, the Botanic Gardens and the Downtown Water Gardens.

Lisa Marino

CEA and NTRCA

Lisa has over 25 years’ experience in customer service and account management.

Lisa provides administrative support for the Cowtown Executives Association, producing a weekly newsletter, maintaining the association’s web page, and preparing for weekly breakfast meetings. Lisa also collects and tabulates data on member attendance as well as leads and sales figures. She manages the application and approval process for all new member applicants in CEA.

She has also joined the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association as the Membership Director.  NTRCA holds its members to the highest standards in Texas, and Lisa works to make sure current and new members meet these standards.

Lisa is a lifelong resident of Fort Worth, and she and her husband Chuck have recently become empty nesters. She spent over 25 years in PTA where she served in numerous offices (great skills training for Quindigo!) Lisa is a passionate quilter and sewist, making pillow cases for Cook Children's Medical Center, and quilts for A Memory Grows.

Kelle Moulton

Real Estate Council

Kelle is the Director of Membership and Public Relations at The Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth. In her role as Director of Membership she works to grow the membership through one on one interactions with current and potential members. She facilitates a monthly Member Get Together where members can build their business network. As the Director of Public Relations, she maintains a current website, facilitates weekly social media posts, creates monthly ads for both Fort Worth Business Press & Red News publications. Additionally, Kelle ensures a weekly Enews is distributed to current and potential members as well as all events on the calendar.

 

Outside of Quindigo Management Kelle is the owner of her own photography business, Kelle Moulton Photography. She focuses on fine art. corporate events, architecture, and corporate headshots.

 

Her fine art photography has shown in several local galleries and most notably she co-curated an all-Woman Photography show last year at The Grackle. Kelle’s most recent achievement was receiving a 3rd Place Ribbon for one of her fine art photos from the 2019 State Fair of Texas.

 

Additionally, Kelle enjoys photographing corporate events, taking completion photos for commercial construction and real estate, and providing headshots for corporate professionals; as well as private milestone events. Her clients include, Cowtown Executive Association, CMAA, CREW Fort Worth, EO Fort Worth, Harris Kocher Smith, North Texas Roofing Contractors Association, The Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, Tarrant Transit Alliance, The Whiting-Turner Construction Company, USS Fort Worth.
